Buying In Regular Category With New Feedback System

Recently, Ebay took the Mystery Category Away and left many with so much inventory to sell. The past few days, I have been asking questions regarding items in the Regular Categories and I am very shocked.

The Majority of Mystery Sellers were honest good people who went the extra mile to give Super Customer Satisfaction, Great Prices, Plus Shipping Was Not Over Flated.

Let's look at the whole picture for what it's worth, Ebay has now said Buyers can Leave Negatives, ouch!!, Sellers Can Not, Double Ouch!!!! I have been shopping around, since I will be liquidating in the regular categories, getting a feel of what it really is like out there. I am very unhappy with my Results, and Will Stand By My Word On Selling, Shipping, and Making A Customer Happy.

So far, I have been told off, ignored with my questions on Digital Downloads, which ebay took away, and Combined Shipping. Let me give you an example, purchasing a Coupon/Gift Card, I was charged shipping and then given a code number in my mail, This Is Not What I had Expected, and The Seller Explained How They Get Ripped Off, So don't try to say you did not get it. I am litterally appaled by the answer, I paid $XX.XX and was told this off. Did I deserve this, No, I asked why they could not ship it? How do you give this as a gift ??

Ebay Sellers should realize one thing, when the rules changed regarding Feedback, and Using your Stars, and Feedback to the Public ~ It's so much more important. I am still out there Striving For Five Stars, Item As Described, Communication, until my Customer Is Happy!! Shipping and Handling, Why is everyone Over Inflating Shipping Costs, I am not Purchasing Shipping, I do understand how we charge a handling fee, purchasing bubble, bubble bags, tissue paper, ink for your printer, and trips to the Post Office. I Pride myself in my shipping, and will fill a priority box For You, In Order to Save You Money, and My /Stars Are not Brought Down.  Over Inflating Shipping Is Going To Begin Hurting Many, I am now shopping around, and asking Questions.

If you want to be in Business ~ Do Not Neglect Your Customer, They pay your bills, and also if you are a PowerSeller, you should realize you want your Stars to be in the right Range, for your seller discount.

Lately, it's been frustrating, and I am looking for Nice, Kind Sellers who Give That Extra Incentive to Purchase From Them.

Heads Up ~ Sellers, you are losing business ~ Don't Give It A Bad Name.
