For most people interested in guitar at one time or another you'll want to build a parts guitar or one from scratch. Some important things to know about guitar parts are quality and fit. With the many parts sellers on Ebay now many are more concerned with profit than quality and fit. That's a shame but it's a fact of life in almost all businesses where quality is not regulated. Most of the guitar parts sold worldwide are for Stratocaster and Telecaster style guitars. Not all parts will fit your model depending on where it was made. Most imports use much cheaper parts with metric specs. In order to make sure your parts fit make sure to ask the seller if is a USA OEM or import metric parts. I find that most sellers are so caught up in profit they know little about their parts and many times don't know themselves what the part will fit. Also be careful of sellers selling unlicensed parts like counterfiet Fender necks and bodies. They are usually very cheap and are illegal. For the absolute best prices, service, and quality Allparts is my number one pic. Especially for their necks and bodies. You might find a better neck but you'll spend allot more money trying. Warmoth has good necks and bodies but you have to deal with a long wait, poor support, and high prices. I would recommend staying clear of Mighty Mite parts as a whole. Mighty Mite has their necks and bodies made in China and are more in line with Squire as far as quality. Most of their bodies are to import specs and are poor quality as are most of their parts. I hope this helps in your quest for the right parts.
