If you are looking to buy body armor on ebay, ask any questions you have. Be sure to ask about the condition of the carrier and kevlar, along with the specs of the vest, what ammo it can stop and the size. Most vests sizes are not the same, but simmilar. It is best to ask the exact measurements before buying based on size listed as small, medium, large, and so on.  I have sold over 500 on and off ebay and will answer any and all question. The MOST common thought about a vest is that it does not stop a bullet after 5 years and that is wrong. There are many sites on the internet that will prove that used kevlar is just as good as new kevlar and is safe to use. The manufacture needs to keep selling new vests to stay in business and to protect them selves.
