Buying Art through eBay has been an enlightening experience for me.  There are many catagories to chose from and prices range from 1 penny to thousands of dollars.,  My favorite selection is catagory "Self Representing Artists."

My husband and I own a remodeling and interior design business.  After the remodeling is complete, we stage our houses with plants, furnishings, accessories and Art.  I really don't like hanging art prints in these homes because I think it makes the home feel so impersonal.  So, I started my hunt for unique Art that I could feel good about using in our homes.   Unique colorful bold Art for children rooms were the hardest to find  in the stores and galleries.  I wanted Art that was different and fun, Art that would make a stunning impact on potential buyers when they walked into a room.  I have found many wonderful works of Art through eBay and eBay Artists.  And now, of course I have a favorite Artist in particular that I buy from all the time.

EBAY has a wonderful setup that makes it so easy for everyone to use.  For buyers who are in the market to buy Art, keep in mind what kind of Art it is you are looking for.  Cubist, Surreal, Oil, Acrylic, Watercolor,Modern Abstract, Still Life, Landscape, and etc.  Go  to catagory Art, it will provide a list of the different kinds of Art.  Click on the one that appeals to you the most.  This will take you to the page to begin the search for that perfect Art you are looking for.  Type in key words ( colors, size, abstract, pop art, watercolor, etx.)  to begin your search, whether it be fruit or Frida Kahlo.  Or you can do what I did in the beginning, just take your time and browse.  The Art that are listed first are the ones that ends first.  There is a selection box above all the listings that you can use to in all your searches.  It has choices you can choose from such as "lowest price", highest price, ending first and newly listed.  Try them all. 

I have really enjoy shopping and buying through eBay and it is so wonderful to be in the comfort of your own home and to be able to sit in the comfort of your own chair and shop the World's Market.
