Sellers are not the only who are at risk from unconfirmed addresses. As a buyer I appear to changed my confirmed address to unconfirmed merely by adding my middle initial to my mailing address so that it would match my credit card. I received a notice from PayPal that I had made the change but absolutely no consequences were stated or implied. I found out only by accident since the address status box and notation was off of my screen and I seldom check that area. Even then I had to dig around a bit to find out the fact that some sellers won't send to unconfirmed addresses.
