*BUYERS BEWARE OF THE SCAMS*

Buying on ebay with minimal risk of getting burned!

I have many people contact me daily with questions and telling me some of the problems or issues they have had on ebay. I hear some very positive experiences and some not so good. This guide concerns just 1 of these issues, "buying" Gymbucks here on ebay.

Like anything else you buy, you need to use common sense and caution. Most listings for Gymbucks are that you buy an envelope, pair of socks, a hair piece, or something and you will get X amount of Gymbucks FREE.

The dishonest person can use this to send you the item that was sold and never put the gymbucks in the package. If they have the delivery or signature confirmation then there is not much you can do about it. Paypal will most likely side with the seller in this case because they have confirmation, so you were just scammed.

PROTECT YOURSELF!!!!!

The best way to protect yourself is to be a cautious buyer. By using common sense and following a few guidelines:

1) Are there at least 200 or more positive feedback comments?

2) Is their score at least 99%?

3) How long has this person been selling on ebay?

My own personal thoughts are if you are spending a larger amount of money on gymbucks (or anything else for that matter) you should only buy from sellers that have been on ebay a minimum of 1 year (more if it is a really large amount) and have at least 200 POSITIVE feedbacks. Even if they have a negative or neutral if they have 200 or more positives you should still be able to feel pretty confident in the transaction. *For a small amount I have purchased from newer people and sellers with low feedback scores (we were all new at 1 time) but keeping in mind that I don't spend more than I can afford to lose if that transaction goes south. That is just MY personal OPINION, you must decide for yourself your own GUIDELINES you wish to follow.

IN CLOSING

There are MANY HONEST sellers such as myself on ebay!! By using simple common sense and a little caution when buying you should be able to GREATLY minimize your chances of getting burned!

I hope this guide was helpful to you, if so PLEASE click on the YES button below. THANK YOU :-)
