Hello, I am a cellphone accessories wholesaler/distributor and like many others, I have had my share of problems with fake samsung wep200 vendors. Many of these headsets actually look really good, and for most people it is almost impossible to tell the difference if they have never seen or had a genuine one to compare to. But although they look good, they always fail when it comes down to using it. Out of all the fake ones I've tested, not one has ever been able to last more than 2 hours talking, nor has any of them been able to go past 5 meters before breaking up in static, and the rest just plain do not even work. So after much headache and hassle I was finally able to find a vendor that is legit and the difference I found between the genuine and the knock off are significant. Below I have included some pictures of a real and fake one for everybody to see.

The genuine one on the left has a different charger port and the charger itself has a sticker on it where as the fake one on the right has a simple round charger port and the charger itself is not labeled with any sticker of any sort on the side.

The real one on the left is very neatly cut and placed and the sizes are actually different, whereas the fake one is sloppy and although one says large and the other medium they are the exact same size, but most people don't usually examine these and just naturally assume they are different.

The real one comes with a start guide and the actual guide itself says WEP200 not H200 and has a different design on the cover.

The last difference I've noticed is that underneath the charging barrel the genuine one has a sticker written in English saying made in Korea and the fake one has a sticker all in Chinese.
These are just a few differences on the physical features between the two, and when you get into actually using it theres a whole new list of problems and differences. I'm always on the move, so holding the phone while driving is a definite no no. and now that I'm using a real one, let me tell you, the difference in quality and sound is completely on a higher level. There is no static, echo, or background noise. But out of all the headsets I've used this is definitely one of my favorite ones, very simple and user friendly, and it fits comfortably in the ear.
Well, I hope this review helps some future purchasers and past purchasers and hopefully with enough people refusing to buy these fake headsets they will eventually stop making them or at least decrease its numbers.
P.S. Anybody selling an OEM $90.00 Samsung headset for anything under $30-$35 with shipping included is most likely a fake. It is practically impossible for anyone to make any type of profit at that low of a price, for this class of a bluetooth headset. If anyone has any questions regarding genuine vs fake headsets, please feel free to message me and I will try my best to help you distinguish them.
