1 .) I sold a laptop on ebay I noticed the bidder was from out of the country..

I was going to send the invoice through paypal when I noticed the mailing

address was from the united states and it was unverified.how can they be in

two countries hmmmm.I felt real uncomfortable with this and decided to notify ebay...

thay advised me not to sell to them...I notified the buyer that I was not going to be able

to sell to them.also the ratings were private I feel if its private then they are

hiding something...I told the  people in my auction from here on out no one

with private ratings please....low and behold went back on ebay went to the

item and in big bold letters there it was no longer a member...

The learning experaince in this one is to always keep your eyes open and

make sure the sign in for ebay ..and the address for paypal is in the same

city, state or country and verified....be aware of your ebay action....

to protect yourself.....

please when selling it is best to put in your auction verified address only..t

through paypal...this is the safest way..

.I hope this helps out some

as I almost went through a nite mare with this one...

2.)with the same laptop I put in a second chance here we go again..

this bidder was from canada...they tried to tell me what they wanted to

to  pay for shipping and handling..not what I had in auction

I required insuence and they did not want to pay that

eather they were using there private email...when I advised them to

agree to mutually with draw from the action they tried again through

private email  I went through ebay and cantacted them

through members profile.(this way there was a record on file with ebay)..

and told them this is the only way to communicate...

they decided to agree to with draw...I went to  Unpaid Item dispute

they in turn contacted him

and we both told ebay we agreed to not go through with the sale

..I got credit for my listing this way....only thing is I am having trouble

with the relisting because there is another second chance buyer...but I do

not want to accept 10.00 dollars for the laptop...I did go through a nite mare

 with this one lol.......

so I am stuck with it till I find out from ebay what I can do...

the learning experience in this is to go by the rules and only communicate

through my messages I always do and always end up with good results

when running into a problem with a buyer.....or seller.......

please take time to vote at the bottom of this page?

                       ..God Bless...Wonderingrose
