Are you New to Ebay and Wonder Which Sellers to Trust?
or
Are You Tired of Buying from Sellers Who Misrepresent Items?
or
Are You Sick of Receiving Damaged Items Because Sellers Pack so Poorly?
Here are a few tips to help you choose a Trustworthy Seller:
-
Carefully Read the Description and Examine Photograph/s of Item for Sale. Does the Seller take pride in the offered item? Does he or she comprehensively describe the item for you? Are the photos clear and easy to see? If the Description is very short with a lack of important characteristics, and the photos are fuzzy (difficult to see), these may be indications of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller Provide Detailed Information about the Condition of the Item? An honest seller always includes details about the item's condition. A dishonest or careless seller often overlooks or ignores or misses imperfections. If Condition Information is not included, this may be an indication of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller tell you how much Shipping costs? If not, this may be an indication of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller supply accepted Payment Methods within the listing? If not, this may be an indication of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller have a Large Number of Negative Feedbacks? If so, this may be an indication of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller have a Large Number of Withdrawn Feedbacks? If so, this may be an indication of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller have a Large Number of Neutral Feedbacks? If so, this may be an indication of a bad seller.
-
Does the Seller have Contradictory Information in the Listing? Does the Seller use an incorrect category that does not apply to the item in the listing? For example, it is dishonest to say Italian or Venetian or Murano when the item is not from Italy. Dishonest sellers often lie about the origin of an item or place it in the wrong category to attract buyers. Be careful of these sellers.
A knowledgeable buyer is a smart buyer.
