There is nothing worse then being given a negative feedback for telling the truth about the item you just received. If you bought something and it were not as described or not as nice as the seller said it was, you should be able to voice your opinion without getting slammed back. For instance, if you paid for an item right away, you should be given a feedback first. Then once you receive your merchandise, you should leave feedback for the seller based on the product they just bought and the customer service.

Ebays Feedback Forum is a place to learn about your trading partners, view their reputation and express their opinions by leaving feedback on your transactions. Leaving honest comments about a particular Ebay member gives other Community members a good idea of what to expect when buying or selling with that member. Always leave a feedback following a transaction so that other ebay member may benefit from your experience.

Protect yourself... Buy from an honest seller! Read the feedback of sellers. Look at the dates/times of the feedback left and given in the seller's feedback section that you are thinking of buying from. If you are not happy with the product that you just bought, you should be able to express it through ebays feedback. Most ebayers are trusted and honest members, but there are a few sellers that force you to leave a feedback first and wait to give you the exact same in return even if you didn't deserve it. That's not fair.

What if you bought something and paid for it right away, like via Paypal. If you the buyer had to tell the truth about something you just bought, it was not as described and you were not happy with it, you should be able to say so and warn others about the seller. Unfortunately you don't...in fear of getting a negative feedback in return. As a matter of fact there are some ads that actually say that the seller will leave you a negative feedback if that is what you leave for them. How are you suppose to tell the truth and warn others if you are forced leave one first. We all know that is what would happen...Think about it! So please.......read the ad carefully and review the feedback of the member that you are thinking of buying from before you are committed to buy the item.
