I purchased a cheap ring from the seller: great_river_merchandise. I paid for the item through Paypal same day as purchased. Never received item. After 17 days, I requested a refund of my purchase price. I gave seller a neutral feedback due to the inconsistency in his stories via email as to the reason I never received my item. It was only AFTER receiving the neutral feedback did the seller email me with yet another excuse - that my item was returned undeliverable. Then the seller had the audacity to give me a negative feedback when I paid for my item timely and did nothing improper. Then, as he has done to more than just me, the seller sent a request immediately after giving the negative feedback for the feedback between the two of us to be mutally withdrawn. According to his feedback, this has been done to more folks than just me - and also since he did it to me! Beware of this seller, he is a bully and claims that his "many wonderful feedbacks" attest to his greatness as a seller. One bad apple can rot the whole barrel, my friend. It is this seller's attitude that has caused me not to want to do business on Ebay again! And as you can see, I have purchased very little since this little fiasco. I also went into his feedback. He is still doing it - bullying people into changing their negative to mutual. Funny, huh????? Bad bad Ebayer - I was told the customer is always right. Look at his responses - everyone is a liar, the buyer, the jeweler, etc.
