I'll make this short, sweet and to the point. Never offer your item at a Best Offer. I LOVE to buy items in the Best Offer catagory, so this is like a double edged sword for me, but it has been a very common problem here on Ebay where far too often buyers will use your Best Offer option and never pay. Then you have to go through the ridiculous task of a dispute, waiting for the party to respond, which most NEVER do and then waiting for some type for granting of your side on this dispute. I wish that Ebay would be alittle more strict about the Ebayers that do this more than once. I think that I an Ebay buyer has two strikes against them for not paying on a Best Offer, they are band from selling and buying. The Best Offer option is a great tool, but think about it, you're granting someone a chance to bid you down and possibly convince you into selling to them and maybe even building a long buyer/seller relationship based soley on the chance you gave them by accepting their offer. Too many Ebayers take advantage of this and the relisting fees alone are ridiculous, esp. when you do want to relist quickly but can't because your waiting for your listing fees from your dispute to be given back. It's crazy!
Ebay...Come on nab these people and kick them out, they are a nuesance, a bad impact on your network and a diturant for a person wanting to sell on Ebay. Stop being so light on these people. Throw them out the second offence, not the 5th.
Thanks!
God Bless America!!
