Busy Man and Woman Fitness: Super-Fast Fat-Loss Workout

If you are like most people, working out continues to be a chore.

Trying to find time to workout between taking care of clients, spouse and home chores is a challenge for me. When you're as busy as I am, it feels like there isn’t enough time in a day. Going to the gym every day is not possible for me.  So I have chosen to workout at home or the park around the corner.

I am not interested in spending hours at any gym.  A fast, results-producing work out without having to depend on the gym or gym equipment is my daily goal.  Getting fit in a hurry – that’s me.

This is not some sissy workout. It is an intense four minutes. You’ll workout for 20 seconds then rest 10 seconds.  You’ll repeat this cycle for 4+ minutes.  It helps me because it takes away the no time to workout excuse. If you are like me, you’d rather go hard for 4 to 20 minutes, than soft for 60 minutes.

A highly respected sports conditioning coach and fitness expert created the Quatro Fitness DVDs.  I’ll personally answer all your questions you have about the workouts.

Like me, you can use both the dumbbell and bodyweight DVDs. I've never found a more efficient way than Quatro Fitness. It really works!
