Hello- Being an avid archer who has an obsession for bow hunting, I strive to "make the most of the equipment" I use. All hunters know that the last thing we want to go wrong at the moment of truth is our gear. There are too many other factors that can cost us a trophy. After shooting factory installed fletching arrows for years, I made the switch to custom fletching. After my local archery shop was bought out I decided to do things on my own, and here I am today. I have found many custom arrow makers cut corners, in their arrow building. Arrows are not cut and measured to proper lenghts. Fletching is not properly applied, making an arrow...well... not fly as straight as an arrow.
I advise all arrow buyers to calculate the proper lenght of their arrows before purchase. I recomend that arrows buyers take into account what types of broadheads they are using. For instance, when a turkey hunter is using extremely large broadheads, take into account broadhead clearence. Make sure all arrows lenghts are measured from the nock point, to the end of the arrow. Imagine your measurement at full draw, from your string to the end of the arrow(not the end of the insert).
I have had full confidence with the NAP Quickspin 360's. These vanes off additional spin, making you arrows fly straighter. Think of it as rifling in the barrel of a gun. I hope my little words of wisdom, will make you arrow buying quest easier, and make you a better hunter.
