I was a vonage customer for while. The service is ok but price is not. Too much to get connected, too much to cancel and if you do not return the device, it cost you too.  I am using Broadvoice.com now. Great price. you get unlimited call to 21 country for only 19.95 a month. You also get unlimited 411 calling for FREE, a great savings. Customer service located at USA and you can email customer service and get answer back quickly.
