If you are ordering a ball gown with a full skirt or a full a-line skirt , your hip measurements  are not important. Most Maggie Sottero gowns are a lace up corset style, allowing you to  take a size smaller or bigger and simple adjusting the torso by tightening or loosening the straps of the corset.
