Braiser
Meat tastes great when it is slow cooked. Braisers allow meat to tenderize and slowly soak in flavor. They are available with or without a lid. Braiser pans look very similar to stockpots, but have lower sides to cook meat. Handles on either side make it easy for you to take them off the stove when they are done.
