I recently read a comparison guide concerning Bowflex Select-tech and Powerblocks dumbbells. This is simply additonal information. I am in no way affiliated with either company. Bowflex now offers their Select-tech dumbbells in a 10 to 90 pound version. So, if you want Select-tech over Powerblock, but were going to buy Powerblock because it offers more weight, you still have the option of Bowflex. Powerblocks do, however, go to 125lb per dumbell. I am a lifter and physical therapist assistant and treat many individuals who lift beyond their ability due to 'ripped' rotator cuffs, and I'm not referring to their physique! Just an FYI.
