BOTTEGA VENETA AUTHENTICITY - PART 2

ZIPPER PULLS: Look for appropriate zipper pulls.  There are several:  a plump leather rectangle, a metal one that looks like a tear drop with some raised dots, a branded metal rectangle, a knotted piece of leather, a leather tab shaped like a tear drop and one similar to an arrow that is cut out in the center.  There are other vintage bags with similar but not exact metal pulls as the ones described below.  Also, some of the more unique bags may have a different pull & some outlet bags may have simpler pulls, but these listed below are the most common.

 Nice leather zipper pull in a plump rectangle shape on a cervo deerskin large travel bag.

  Distinctive and very solid.  Gorgeous design!  Notice this symbol will appear on some dust bags and in a crest on the exterior of some vintage bags.  Pigskin lining.

   "Bottega Veneta Made In Italy" engraved on it...sometimes, there is a symbol on the other side.  Leather lining.

  High quality cotton lining & zipper on this woven pressed metallic leather & fabric tote bag.

    A newer style of woven leather cosmetic case with zipper pull.  Inside is a cotton lining.

LININGS: The linings could be pigskin, satin, suede, fabric, leather or cotton.
