^Think it cant be done?, think again.  what you need is a Campfire, a large paper sack, the type your grocer puts you food in.  a 1 gallon milk Jug for water.  open your sack and roll the top down in 3, 1 inch folds, so it looks like your pants Cuff, only on top.  find a place to place your sack next to your fire.  at the same Time as You place your sack in your fire on a Level

ground, pour in your water in the sack, as swiftly as you can.  the water in the sack will keep it from burning as long as it has water

3/4 of it or more, important not to lift the sack , but Dip out the water, as the heat has loosened the glue on the bottom of the Sack, but not to worry, as the Weight of the water holds the bottom in place, till your done.  when done, just lift your Paper sack, and it will put out your Fire.  while in the Fire if you keep the sack full it will simmer, boil water for an hour or more, as long as you keep it half way full, and just keep fresh water when needed.
