I don't recommend buying a blood pressure monitoring device on Ebay.  The one I got was suppose to be top quality and I paid almost as much as I would have from a reputable retailer.  The monitor did not perform and the seller, migskey, will not stand behind his product.  I love the convenience of buying on Ebay and will continue to but I will be careful of disreputable sellers like migskey.  I gave a very positive feedback because the transaction went so well but I am left holding the bag.
