Have you had a buyer buy from you that lives in another country, when you state in your listing you only ship in the United States?
Have you had a buyer that takes way too long to send payment and makes so many excuses?
Many don't realize that you can actually block particular bidders from bidding on your eBay auctions. Have you had trouble with deadbeat bidders, or bidders who take too long to pay? You can simply add them to your Blocked Bidders list, meaning that they will be unable to bid on any of your auctions until you remove them from that list.
From your "My eBay" Seller's page, scroll toward the bottom and on the left side, you will find a link that says preferences. Click on that link. You will then see a link called Buyer requirements. Click on that link. Once on that page, there is a link on top that says buyer requirements exemption list. Click on the link, and you will be allowed to block certain user names from bidding on your auctions. If you want to block more than one person, use a comma between each user name.
If your deadbeat bidder doesn't come through and you want to allow that person to bid on your auctions again, you just have to go back and remove the user name from your list. The changes will take effect and that person should be eligible to bid on your auctions again, as long as the are still in good standing with eBay.
