A notice to the possible fraudulent eBayers out their buying cellular phones with fraudulent PayPal/credit card accounts. With the aid of all of the major CDMA and GSM cellular phone manufactures, their respective US and Overseas carriers, and the US Federal Government, they have just implemented a National database that all ESN's/IMEI's are submitted to when a phone is manufactured.

Should a phone end up in the wrong hands, is stolen, or in our case may have been purchased using a fraudulent PayPal account or credit card we will submit that ESN/IMEI to the database and no carrier will be able to activate that phone - EVER. The phone will be useless within 72hrs of our notification.

This is a warning to those out their planning on bidding using a fraudulent PayPal/credit card account. This is why we ONLY ship to PayPal confirmed addresses (if paying via PayPal). This also benefits the other 99.999% of honest eBayers by helping us to keep our costs down as much as possible.
