I purchased a rustic log dresser from black mountain creations on Jan 06 and when it arrived there was damage from shipping. The owner claimed it happens sometimes and not to worry because it was insured. He was supposed to file a claim with shipper. That never happened. I contacted the shipping company and they said they never received a claim. I kept emailing him asking what was going on and he wouldn't answer. I then started calling and leaving messages which he never returned. I contacted a lawyer and they wrote him a letter stating he should refund my payment and he can have the dresser back. A month later from then, still no response. They turned it over to the attorney general in his state and they contacted him by letter about the situation, a month later and nothing. Now the A.G. sent him a reminder letter and I have to wait another month. It is now June 06, I paid $564 for this dresser that was of poor quality and damaged and can't get this guy to return a call, email or show any concern or care. That's real bad service and shows he doesn't care about his customers. I don't know how he has good feedback. Most people must not say anything when they get inferior products. He probably thinks I will just forget about it, but that's not the case. I would do business elsewhere. I hope this helps others from having problems with this guy.
