I don't have a photo of this wonderful Item I might add one shortly but this is the greatest invention since Dyson ( which everyone knows I love) Its not very high priced, Its cleans with steam and steam kills germs.. as you can see i have all sorts of gadgets I am a neat freak and like to have thing that clean and WORK!! this item  is the greatest.. you fill the water container and plug it in, it heats up and wam O you are on your way,. NO soap, no soap scum on yout floor, it works on any floor  from tile to the best hardwood floors it kills germs and leave your floor loooking brand new.and drys super fast because it is steam.  Im floored( no pun inteneded) by this Item, I just bought it 2 days ago Not on ebay :o( only because i could not find one on ebay. I did find the  new cloth heads for it , but  they last forever anyway, you just toss them in washer. I only found one flaw to this item.. the cord is to short. so if you buy one of these buy a safty extention cord and go ahead and attach it and keep it on there. IF you have small children who crawl on the floor this is just a must for you if steams  away germs and things people track in on their feet. I just love this item so much.  and if you are a gern freak like me pleace take the time to look at one of thse and  at least try it out, it has a mony back garnetee and is sold in Walmart Kmart and most large chains, you can also getit online at www.bissell.com which is where i got mine, worth every penny , thank you for  reading my review.
