I borrowed this machine from a relative and am rather pleased with it ..... it does have some pros and cons but what product doesnt? ..... so ill tell you about my experience .....

Cons - this machine is BLOODY LOUD!!!!!!!!!!!!! youll wanna wear ear plugs when you use it as its irritatingly loud and will even pop your ears..... its louder than my vacuum cleaner, and its louder than a garberater, the best comparison i can draw is it sounds like one of those loud cars you always hear drive by your house and each time you wish they would take a different route ..... this machine only covers a small surface area so its no good for anything more than a small mess .... although i HAVE done it the machine is not intended for cleaning a whole room and if you choose to do so it will be EXTREAMLY time consuming and will require about one or two refills of fluid just for a medium/small sized room .... also when the box says it leaves the carpet almost dry, it doesnt, its still damp ..... and requires time to dry....

Pros - its a reasonable size for storage, and has a clamp for the hose so its not so clumbsy in getting tangled or anything .... it really is good for removing dirt and stains however i have found the odd stain or two that it wont remove (for example the chocolate fondue that got onto the carpet, and also some set in red wine.... even thought my carpet is scotch guarded) ..... the cleaning solution is good but i recommend using very hot water for better results .... the green machine is also great for cleaning apolstry i used it to clean a car interior and was very impressed with how much dirt and stains it picked up!!

overall i do recommend the product because it does work, and offers quality.
