Biorhythm is the study of the three main natural life cycles. These Biorhythmic cycles are: Physical, Emotional, and Intellectual Cycles.  They start at birth and repeat in numerical patterns throughout a person's life. The patterns go through: low, high, and critical days in the Biorhythm Cycles.

Why is Biorhythm Cycles so important?
