Another bike scammer is on Ebay.  Scigliano is trying to sell three high end bikes (Giant tcr) but you have to call before bidding.  It is a scam and it cost me $50 to stop payment on a check.  Don't commit to anything with this seller.  They will take your money and not deliver.
