BigCrumbs – What is it?
I was intrigued by the advertisement I found on another member’s eBay blog post. I wanted to see what it was, so I clicked on the provided link and was taken to the BigCrumbs site. Simply put this is a program that allows the BUYER to recoup a few pennies at a time from every purchase he makes on eBay.
Options
Now, BigCrumbs has two options and the choice I made determined whether my rebates would be limited to items I purchase at a higher percentage return, or whether I preferred to collect a smaller percentage rebate, but collect it on all my own purchases AND the purchases of those who subscribed to BigCrumbs using my invitation.
Where does the money come from?
According to BigCrumbs, the money is taken from the final value fees already being paid by the seller to eBay for every items they sell. The sellers pay no more money for listing or final value fees because of my decision to participate in Big Crumbs. And, for the buyer (ME) the Big Crumbs membership is FREE.
How does it work?
To begin, you must first sign up. You can either go to Google and type in a search fro BigCrumbs and make your way there, or, if you prefer, copy and paste this link into your browser, add the "." after "www" and go directly there.

Once registered, you will need to save a link to take you directly THROUGH BigCrumbs to make your eBay purchases. You will collect rebates ONLY on items you agree to buy (make your bid or use Buy It Now) through this link. You do NOT need to go through this link to actually PAY for your purchases.
How do you get paid?
You must have a PayPal account and authorize payments to this account from BigCrumbs. Payments are issued monthly. There is a $1.00 charge for this payment, so your rebate is reduced slightly. Now, if you do not earn much more than a $1.00 per month in rebates, I suggest taking out the link for payment until your account has reached an amount that makes it more realistic. Example, I waited more than four months to approve the PayPal deposit by providing my PayPal email address to BigCrumbs. So, my payment of $35.00 was reduced by that $1.00 rather than allowing four monthly payments of approximately $9.00 each reduce by $1.00 each time.
Can I earn more?
So, if I were to actively advertise for BigCrumbs, I could build a better rebate amount, relying on others who sign up because of my invitation and who also actively recruit new members. But I rarely advertise for them. I am happy simply getting a little back each purchase. Pennies do eventually add up to nickels dimes and quarters. BigCrumbs is very much like my “loose change” jar. I am surprised by to value of the contents when I finally drag that jar to the bank fro deposit.
Also, BigCrumbs is not limited to eBay purchases. Many other retailers will also return rebates on your purchases.
