I find in my years of bidding experience on ebay that bidding on items that are listed as "untested" or "unable to test" usually are not good or are stolen or "obviously being sold broken as parts". I was in an auction this past weekend in which the item was listed as untested but in good condition. I simply asked during the auction if the items were "pulled from a working environmenet", a gift, stolen or where did you find them. No answer was given during the auction and i won. i paid and waited but still no emails. i assume the item is on its way to me. the aucioneer decided to cancel my payment, close the auction and try to send me a mutual agreement to withdraw. did someone get scared and decide not to commit fraud? why wouldnt the seller have sold the items for the $100.00 plus ending price? bidders, if it smells like fraud, looks like fraud, is worded like fraud; it is fraud. Today i left my first negative ever in my almost 8 years on ebay. I can say i was not proud to do this but i will not withdraw it. how may other buyers did this seller commit fraud to? The question remains... where exactly are you getting all those computer parts from? does Dell know?
whatever.
bid on items that are tested, in working condition, have a guarantee.
I see alot of parts daily that are bad, listing them on ebay would not be the right thing to do.
