This is one of the best bikes that I have ever bought. I payed 450 for a new one. The bike currently has over 800 miles on it and is a daily commuter. The bike can handle urban riding, and can take the pounding of jumping curbs with a 220 pound man on it, as it is not easy riding in the city. The Alex Rims that come With the bike are great for the price. The Cane Creek components that come on it such as the breaks, break levers, and such are superb. You should make sure to fine tune the breaks and always check before riding as they are somewhat finiky. The bike has a lite chromo frame, which allows for better absorbtion of the bumps. The problems with the bike are as follows. Factory gearing makes bike top out at about 15mph flatland, Bianchi seats are horrible, and the tires that come on the bike are horrible on the road. The bike would look much better with some lugging. Dont over spend when you buy one though. There is a huge surplus of new bikes on the market. The MSRP on one of these depending on the components is around 550-650. remember that they depreciate a lot depending on how many miles they have. NEVER TRUST THE GUYS CYCLO COMPUTER THAT HE POSTS PICTURES OF!!! Ask for pictures of the rear cog on most bikes, you can see how much the teeth have been warn down, that will give you a good idea on how it has been taken care of, beware bikes with a lot of wear on the rear cog, the bike could have extensive damage.
