BEWARE!!!! Fellow eBayers of those "unopened", "never been laid eyes upon" listings. I recently purchased 10 proof sets from this eBay seller ID "rusty5271" and surely enough, one set had been tempered and a 3mm gummy stain was on the coin. Furthermore, the coins on this one set were significantly discolored.

I contacted the seller and all the reply I got was "no refund or exchange due to those sets were "never opened", "never been laid eyes upon".

I buy from US Mint so I know.

Please BEWARE so you don't pay top dollars for some swap-meet quality stuff.
