I sent an email to this gentleman stating I would like pick up my item on a certain date.  Emailed back and it was ok.  When I got there he said that I should have called and my item was not ready.  I had to wait for almost two hours.  Now not even a month later my item is broke and I am afraid to return to this joke of a warehouse to have it fixed.  Please be careful of this ebayer.
