I made the mistake of buying a item from this character and boy do I regret it! I recieved the item at my P.O. Box address after I had requested it be sent to a physical address (seeing that it was a gift). Since I was a bit miffed I waited till I got a email from "the_real_penguin" stating "if you give us a positive rating we will return the favor in kind. Well I went ahead and gave them a positive rating...however, in the comment I mentioned I was dissapointed that they didn't follow my shipping instructions.

 To which he replied:

 "You need to read Paypal policy... You paid via Paypal.. They REQUIRE the payment MUST be shipped to YOUR address within paypal for my protection.

The ONLY way I ship otherwise is if paid via check/or money Order!!!!! Can't ship where I am NOT allowed to ship to!

I then informed him that other sellers in the past had no problem shipping a item to another address but... they did at times double check that I wanted the other address used (when I was sending it as a gift).  That and the rules and policies of ebay and paypal are merely suggestions and not LAWS.  Therefore, I was the purchaser and I was paying him to follow my instructions. I also reminded him that any good business person KNOWS...The customer is always right (reguardless if they are wrong or not)

To which he replied:

Uh... let see it is their policies and you adopted them ( I believe that makes it your policy too).

Okay...besides the hideous grammer , You are withholding the positive feed back for me (since I paid you immediately after winning) because I was honest and gave you a positive feed back since the item was good and shipped timely but I mentioned you didn't mail it to the correct address? Are you freaking kidding me??? I believe I was being nice I gave a positive rating with a little critism (lets face it you can't be all the mean in the little space you are given). Lucky for Hollywood this guy isn't a actor (or a chef for that matter) he would be out on the ledge after a bad review! All I have to say for him is his mom told him not to say anything if you can't say something nice...Well, my Mom told me LIARS got to HELL!!!

Since, he has not left the reciprocal positive rating I guess we know where he will be roasting!!!
