I have encountered a number of listings for ATV's that require that the buyer be pre-approved by seller before bidding. If a buyer responds to the pre-approval request by using the 'email' button in the listing, the buyer will then receive a message that the atv has been moved outside the USA and funds should be sent by Western Union or similar payment method......... STAY AWAY from these sellers or you WILL loose your money...... good luck.
