I ordered a tool from a company that specializes in selling cheap tools.
I thought I was paying for 3 day delivery . After 10 days, 3 ignored e-mails and several ignored calls I filed a claim against Airtoolsales with Paypal. I then recceived a rude call and a refund. Vindictive Airtoolsale then gave me my only negative feedback even though they were at fault.
ebay does not care about the circumstances of an unwarranted negative feed back, you are stuck with it.
If you value your feedbck rating be very careful about giving anyone a negative rating even though they may deserve it as you may recieve one in return.

I bought a bike rack for my auto and the seller waited 5 days to ship it . I asked if they could PLEASE ship as soon as possible as we were going on a trip and needed it.
I sent them an email asking why I should give them a positive feedback rating when it took so long to ship my item.
There response was that they ship within 24 hours of cleared payment. I have cash on deposit with paypal when I pay it is clear. They lied! They also stated that feedback was mutual. Meaning that I would receive the same as I gave them.
This is another indication of why the feedback system is flawed because there is on recourse for vindictive feedback.
