The feedback score is very important when you purchase a tool or anything else for that matter. when you sell almost 300 items you high feed back score can be very deceiving. the most important item is not scored. The negative feedback is the most important thing you should investigate.

I purchased a dremel type tool from them that weighed about 5 ounces and paid the outrageous shipping charge because it was supposed to arrive in 3 to 4 days. After 10 days and many ignored e-mails and phone calls I filed a complaint through pay Pal requesting my money back and it was refunded.

I then received my only negative feed back from a company that ignored me and was at fault.

I just looked at the 97% +  feed back and assumed that I was dealing with a reputable company. I then looked more closely at the negative comments and found that if I had read them prior to the order I would not have done business with them.

85 negative feedbacks is to many in one years.
