On 4\5\06 I done a Buy It Now on a wireing harness for a 1970 650

BSA.It took a long time to get the part but I finally did .On 4\6\06 I

did another Buy It Now for a workshop Manual for the same BSA.

I sent a payment thru PayPal the same day.I never got the manual.

I sent e-mail after e-mail,no responce.I called there phone # and was

told they were out of that manual,BUT,expected then in "any day

now". I called a week later and was told that they had a water main

break and all the manuals were ruined,BUT,they expected another

shipment, again,"any day now".This went on thru April and May,

and into June.I could no longer reach them by phone,so I sent

another e-mail and said I would contact eBay if they did not send

the book OR return my $32.00.I did get a nasty e-mail back telling

me that they recieve 1000 e-mails a day and cant respond to all

BUT,the e-mail asked what the idem # was and they would get

back to me.I waited for another week and got nothing back from

them so I contacted eBay with the dispute,as I said I would.

Guess what eBay told me,Its been over 60 days and we really cant

help you now. I never got the book OR my money back.This place

in Chicago has had at least 2 different names that I know of,and still

eBay cant help me. I cant even leave neg feedback(been to long).

BEWARE of outfits that keep putting you off,they may be going

for the 60 day "rule".THANKS eBAY !!!  Theodore5399
