Beware of seeler who offer an item then offer a service to install the item.  I purchased a seat cover and the seller had the option of sending them my seat to have the cover professionally installed.  I choose that option and paid the additional price for that.  I then sent them my seat (at my cost) to be recovered and new foam added.  After more than 90 days of not having my seat, I finally got it back.  The quality is something you would expect out of a school child.  The reason I chose to have the new cover installed in to obtain a profession and original look.  Since the 60 days had passed and since a service is not something covered by PayPal, I am now out almost $100.  My suggestion would be to use a local installer when purchasing seat covers so that you may approve the install before you pay for the service.
