If you buying a cell phone on Ebay and using it for Cingular, beware of the Tri-Band 900/1800/1900 MHZ GSM.

It won't work with most Cingular network, because its running on 850MHZ GSM.

So when buying a phone make sure it have the 850MHZ or it won't work at all with Cingular.
