Ebay's refusal to maintain the PayPal site is really cutting down on my purchases: I canceled my account long ago due to 'phishing'.  And now they tell me I can't pay on a one time basis because "This credit card is associated with another account."  They should have LEGALLY deleted all record of my credit card number.  Now I have to cancel my credit card and get another because of their incompetence/apathy.
