He is selling HAM Radio equipment that is DOA. His ebay description on the items usually state that you will be "Buyer Satisfied" and "NOT DOA".
Suggest buyer CHECK his feedback and read the negatives he has received from others. Ebay seller giddieup409 will refuse to work with the buyer when the item is not as he described. He knows that the radio equipment is NO GOOD. However, continues to sell it as Buyer Satisfied and NOT DOA. BEWARE
