This past September I had an automatic transmission rebuilt out of state. The company doing the rebuilding decided to use ESTES to ship it back. Huge Mistake! The $1700 transmission was received with $470 worth of damage to it. Upon calling ESTES and numerous calls to reach the right person, I was told that they will pay $0.08 per pound in damages. at 75lbs this came out to a whopping $6!! They refused to pay or do anything else. Avoid this company at all cost!
