Beware of people purchasing with a cashiers check for items you are selling. There are a lot of bad ones going around. Plus a cashiers check can have a stop payment put on it (in TN anyway) like a regular check. So if someone purchases with a cashier check, take it to the bank and put a hold on it  and make sure it is authentic and not homemade !.  This is bad taking a cashiers check if you sold, A car, camper or something valuable and them put a stop payment on the cashiers check and have your item of sell . A lot of scammers out there with all kinds of tricks !. So think Safety to protect yourself at all times no matter how nice someone seems.
