I recently bought a cell phone from who I thought was a dependable seller (dependablewireless). The phone was described as Mint condition. When I received it, it had a cracked bezel and normal wear that would exclude it from being mint. I sent the phone back for a replacement and received a refund (not including what I payed to ship it back) ending up with nothing to show for the time and trouble and out the shipping costs. I left neutral feedback based upon not getting what was described and not getting a suitable replacement. The seller then turns around and leaves me NEGATIVE feedback and immediately offers through ebay to mutually remove both feedbacks. Upon further examination of his feedback this seems to be a regular practice of his since every page of feedback has two or three removed ratings. It seems that it would be easier to describe items reliably and get happy customers that no what they are getting before it arrives. Moral, look carefully at a seller's feedback including the detail before deciding that they are reliable. The summary info can be misleading if this is the seller's practice. There is a small listing at the top of the feedback that has a counter for ratings mutually withdrawn. In his case two hundred and forty-five at the time of this guide!!!
