I live in the UK; bought three items from Ringlovers, who sell a fair amount of jewelry. When it didn't arrive, I contacted them - they kept saying it was with UK customs. Finally I raised a dispute for non-delivery with Paypal. Ringlovers tried to maintain that because they had a tracking number for the package, this proved that it had been delivered; of course it doesn't, it shows that it was posted. I wrote to PayPal saying that I'd ask around all my neighbours in case they'd received the package in error (fortunately I live in an area where my neighbours would have told me). When PayPal decided the case in my favour, Ringlovers left negative feedback about me. I didn't get to see what they had said, because eBay wrote to say that they had removed it (for which I thank them) but I would warn anyone against doing business with this mendacious and vengeful seller.
