Be carefull with this company. There terms make it seem like they will protect the buyer but they protect the seller. I bought a lot of AMD CPU's from them and they charged $40 shipping for a 5 pound 12"x5"x3" box shipped UPS ground. When I recived the lot they were satcked together and all of them had many bent pins. They were totaly unusable. There were CPU speeds missing that were listed. I tried to use there Dispute page and it does not work. I made several phone calls to the company and they gave me the run around and bad fax numbers to submit the dispute. They only give you 48 hours from reciveing the item to submit a dispute. After 40 hours and 89 phone calls got a working fax number and sent my dispute. They then closed my account on there site. They do not return E-mails or phone calls. I was not able to get any response from them until I filled a dispute with Paypal. After 19 days I got an E-mail stating that they were going to honer my dispute and to print out the UPS ground shipping lables and send the product back in 5 days. When i followed the like to print it out it took me to there site and I was still not able to log in to print out the labels because of my closed account. Another phone call and they would not reinstate my account. They said they would E-mail the lables as an attatchment. I am still waiting on the E-mail. If you do a web search on liquidation.com or Liquidity Services Inc you will find I am not the only person with this kind of problem. Be very carefull if you use this company.
