Beware of Fake and Counterfeit Usb Flash Drives that claim to a have a large GB capacity,

As of this day of Aug/21-08, The largest Sony UsbFlashDrive ( Micro Vault ) is 16GB,
Black and retractable, with a few that are White ( Turbo series ),

Here is the link to these authentic Usb Flash Drives  >

http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/CategoryDisplay?catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&categoryId=27854&accessory=true    ( Copy and Paste it )

The 3 pictures you see below are authentic Sony Usb Flash Drives:

Meanwhile you will see some that are posted from 32GB up to 120GB, they are silver with Sony engraved on the drive not retractable but just has a cap ( some of these come in a Vaio Labeled black gift box ), and there's others that have different colors, these are FAKE and most of them are 2GB or less,

Here are some examples of Fake drives below ( none of these pictures were taken from the eBay site )
Notice the wrong shapes of the Blue, Black and Red colors
On the side of the FAKE 120GB VAIO black box is printed 64MB to 8GB ( Hello!!)

< This is exactly the shape and color of the 120GB inside the Black box

They have a small program installed that fools Windows Properties ( when you right click on the flash drive ) and it shows 32GB to 120GB.
When you load more than it can handle it never tells you it's full, it acts strange and corrupts the data, not to mention starts to affect your PC or Laptop by crashing or freezing, it gives false information (right click on the folder it says 42Gb) then when you remove it and reinsert it , it says empty folder

I speak from experience, I've been had by purchasing a 8GB no name which was only 2GB from an eBay seller, and before receiving the 8GB fake drive, I ordered 10 Sony 120GB Flash Drives that each came in a black Vaio gift box from a Chinese supplier, so after my experience with that fake 8GB, I figured with Sony brand I'd be safe, but to be cautious not to pass these to my future customers I tested all 10 Sony drives before listing them on eBay, and sure enough all of them were no good.

Do your research , first go the company's site and see if such an item exists,

If you've been Scammed, Report it, if you have such an experience let this bulletin board know so less people get Scammed.    Honesty is the best policy

Please don't be shy to mention if this review was helpful, it will motivate me to write more reviews.
