I hope this will help you specially for buying from so Called FRAUD Seller ConsumerSolutions AKA CS Market Enterprise.
Recently I bought HP iPAQ 6515 phone after bidding really high on eBay for around $200. The phone arrived after 10 days but they claimed they deliver in 7 days. Any way when I open the package all I got was broken phone, the phone should suppose to throw in trash or better left to be in trash. There were so many scratches on screen and all over the phone that I really got pissed off, because I have been buying refurbished phones and other electronics items on eBay since 4 years but never had such a bad item in my life.
Then I tried to do little research on web to find more about this FRAUD Seller, to my amazed I got so many complains on various forums and Rip-off Report web site that I wish I should have done this before I bought the item from this FRAUD seller, but damaged has already done.
So I contact the seller and explained what I got in the mail, as they would expect they send me the regular email they used to send every other buyer, to return the item. But I was reluctant to return the item because already lot of buyers complained about this seller that once they send you defective piece, they asked for return and once you return the item they never refund your money.
Since I have no choice other than follow their instructions, so I return the item, and not only that I didn’t get a penny from them, they didn’t even respond to me since 2 weeks.
Also I report this FRAUD seller to several web sites and Ripoff Report and Consumer protect agencies on which they promise to take legal action against this FRAUD seller.
Also I have friend in PA near Freedom, so this CS Market Ent, consumesolution sent me the package with 2507 Lovi Rd, Freedom, PA 15042 address. I asked my friend from Pennsylvania to have a look at this address and get me the phone number so that I can talk to them, because they were not responding to my emails. So my Friend informed me that there is no one with CS Market Ent or ConsumerSolution found on the address, which mean they are using fake address. Also several peoples on forums has complained that this FRAUD seller already banned from eBay once, but they changed the name and making good people fool and selling the defective items on eBay and various other sites online.
I am not going to give up my money and decided to take legal action against this good for nothing FRAUD seller and make him ban on eBay and other websites.
So if any buyers experiences similar thing, I hope lot of them have already had bad experiences about this seller, come forward and inform all other buyers who are spending there hard earn money on this fraud seller so that we can protect the buyers.
Please stop bidding on this FRAUD seller and make this seller ban on eBay.
