Let me start of by saying, I am NOT trying to sell you anything.
So, what is the best way to loose weight? I hear this question often. I am a certified personal trainer, I help people achieve thier weightloss and fitness goals everyday. So take this info from a pro and not from an commercial on TV.
is it:
Atkins?
South Beach?
Cabbage soup?
3 Hour?
Magic cream?
I would say of the above mentioned the 3 hour diet would come the closest. BUT!!!!!!!! all it boils down to is 4 simple things. Pay attention, they have never been proven wrong from the beginning of time.
1) Calories- Eat less calories than normal
2) Exercise- To burn even more calories and fight flabby skin
3) Portion size- a softball sized muffin is actually 4 servings! Learn to eat smaller portions and eat more often.
4) Pay no attention to get thin quick scams. If it took you 20 years to become 250 lbs, its going to take more than a month to shed that weight. If is sounds too good to be true, IT IS!
